Why I Coach This Way
I’ve worked with busy adults for over 15 years. Most don’t need more mileage — they need structure, consistency, and training that respects real-life stress.
In 2025 I trained for a 50K while running a studio, raising a family, and managing normal life demands. I coach the same way I train — practical, sustainable, and rehab-aware.

My Story
I suffered a serious knee injury in 2013 that sidelined me for many years even after it had healed. Mentally, I was so fearful of doing that again that I'd pretty much stopped doing what I loved.
Since 2019 I've completed multiple OCR races like Tough Mudder, many 5 & 10K+ distances including trail runs, half marathons and have run 2 marathons. All after recovering from my accident.
In 2025 I accomplished my goal of becoming an Ultra-Marathoner by completing my first 50k trail race!
